Our Mission
The International Network of Catholic Women Leaders promotes formation, encounter, and accompaniment for women of faith who seek to live a committed and service-oriented leadership. Our mission is to contribute, inspired by the Gospel, to a more human and fraternal society by supporting the responsible participation of women in the life of the Church and the world. We work for the dignity of every person and for a feminine presence that enriches all social and ecclesial environments.

Our network was born from a shared longing among Catholic women who realized there were few spaces to truly reflect on womanhood today. Formed by faith, education, and leadership, we came together to create a place of learning, dialogue, and encounter — where women can grow intellectually and spiritually, and feel accompanied and understood through their own experience.
As we look toward Beijing+30: Women, Leadership, and the Construction of a Future with Hope, we join a global call to action. We believe that when women lead, peace, justice, and transformation take root.
