Every Saturday from March 1 to 22, 2025 in the Virtual Classroom

The Seminar classes will be held through the Zoom platform; and will be held on Saturdays March 1 to 22, 2025, at the following times for each country:

The sessions will last 180 minutes (3 hours).

  • 09:00 to 12:00 hours Mexico/Central America.

  • 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Peru, Colombia, Ecuador.

  • 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Bolivia, Venezuela, New York and Washington.

  • 12:00 to 15:00 hours Chile, Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay.

  • 16:00 to 19:00 hours Spain, Italy and Germany.

Registration fee: US$100 (One hundred American dollars).

Scholarships and discounts available. Limited spaces available.

Certification cost: US$25 (Twenty-five American dollars).

Doctor of Law, with Masters in International Human Rights Law and Comparative Women's Law. She has served as an advisor to various international and non-governmental organizations and bodies. Founder of the Cre-Ser Foundation; advisor for Latin America and the Caribbean at the University of Notre Dame in the United States; president of the Network of Catholic Women Leaders and member of the International Board of Directors of the Latin American Academy of Catholic Leaders.

KARINA ORDONEZ

ACADEMIC DIRECTOR OF THE ACADEMY OF CATHOLIC LEADERS

Family Scientist from the Finis Terrae University of Chile. Master's degree in Bioethics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. PhD from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum of Rome. She has been academic secretary of the Bioethics Institute of the Finis Terrae University, as well as a professor at various universities in Mexico and Chile.

GRACIELA RAMOS

LEADER IN THE FIGHT AGAINST GENDER VIOLENCE

She is a prominent human rights defender and a leader in the promotion of inclusive public policies. From her participation in the founding of the Commission for Solidarity and Defense of Human Rights, AC, to her role in the creation of the Commission for Attention to Family Violence, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to justice and equality. Her work as an independent therapist and her dedication to training in human rights and gender equity issues have left an indelible mark on the community, being recognized for her leadership in the fight against gender violence and her tireless search for a more just world.

PAOLA BINETTI

ITALIAN SENATOR

Specialist in bioethics and biopolitics. Doctor, child neuropsychiatrist and psychotherapist. She has been president of the Italian Medical Society, member of the National Bioethics Committee and the National Observatory of the Family; she was director of the Bio-Medical campus at the University of Rome. Member of the Italian Parliament as a senator and deputy for various political parties such as the Margarita, the Democratic Party and the UDC. She is a numerary of the Opus Dei.

SONIA GOMEZ

RECTOR OF THE SOUTHERN CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION

Outstanding professional with a solid academic background in the field of medicine and health services management. With a career spanning more than 25 years in the education and health sector, she has held various leadership and responsibility positions. Her work as Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Nariño and her role as a full-time professor in the Medicine Program of the same institution stand out. In addition, she has served as Director of the Departmental Institute of Health of Nariño and Manager of the SaludCoop Los Andes Clinic in Pasto, among other relevant positions. Her experience ranges from planning and management in health institutions to teaching and consulting on postgraduate projects, showing a constant commitment to the improvement of health services and the training of professionals in the medical field.

Rachel Vargas

MASTERS IN FAMILY SCIENCES

With a solid background in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Family Sciences, complemented by additional studies and diplomas, she has become an expert in addressing contemporary family challenges. Her career includes prominent roles in academic institutions and Church-related organizations, where she has demonstrated a firm commitment to the integral development of the Catholic community.

Emmanuel War

SURGEON WITH OUTSTANDING ACADEMIC TRAINING AND SOLID EXPERIENCE IN THE HEALTH SECTOR

A graduate of the Central University of Quito, Ecuador, and a specialist in Health Services Management, she has distinguished herself as a Consultant in Competitiveness and Health Strategy. For more than 12 years, she served as Manager at the San Pedro Hospital Foundation, where her leadership was essential to achieve the "HEALTH ACCREDITATION" granted by ICONTEC and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection in 2020. Her management also promoted important improvements in infrastructure and medical technology, positioning the institution as a benchmark in the department of Nariño.
